Drafting Dinner: Weekly Menu Planning

  • Panko-crusted chicken parmesan
  • Taco salad {can you tell that this is one of my favorites?}
  • Hot and spicy pork chops {I love grilled pork chops, and this is a different twist on them} with grilled veggies
  • Warm, toasted roast beef sandwiches with bell peppers and onions
  • Beef and chicken quesadillas with pico de gallo and guacamole
