Bible Class

One of Ella and Troy’s favorite things to play is Bible class. They love to pass out books to us (or their stuffed animals) as songbooks/Bibles. Then they’ll take turns calling out numbers, leading songs, talking about Bible stories, saying memory verses, and even taking turns saying prayers. One day they had quite the classroom full of students (and you can’t even see them all in the photo!).

Ella’s House

One of Ella’s Christmas presents this year was a large cardboard playhouse that you can decorate and color yourself. I wasn’t sure how she’d do with such free reign of markers (not to mention the whole idea that she is coloring on walls of a house), but she did great! She has been responsible with the markers, and only ended up with a bit of marker on her, and none on the floor (or my walls) (at least not that I’ve found!). She’s even been a great sport about not having the markers out when Troy is playing in the room with her.

Building Her First Fort

I bought a bean bag with the purpose of using it for newborn pictures, thinking that an added bonus would be that Ella would enjoy sitting on it as well. Turns out she also enjoys using the bean bag, plus the box it came in, plus some couch pillows to build her first "fort." She drug the box, bean bag, and pillows all around - it was so cute!

Ella and Fun with Water

Ella has loved taking baths pretty much her entire life (except when she was a newborn). It should be no surprise then that she loves playing outside in the water whether it be with her sprinkler or a simple water hose! The water hose video is pretty funny, if you ask me! :)

Silly, Silly Girl!

Just a couple of videos of Ella being silly. In the first one she starts "dancing" when she hits the music on her toy. In the second one, she's playing with a box of fruit snacks. She got a hold of the box, and I let her play with it because I didn't think she could open the fruit snacks (and she hasn't) but she has literally played with that box of fruit snacks for at least an hour today! Who knew I was buying such a fun toy?
