Wow, what a crazy month! I’m thankful for a little calmer week this week (I hope anyways!).
- Roast with parker house rolls (hopefully I won’t forget the salt in the recipe this time!)
- Country style steaks with black eyed peas (and left over rolls if we have any!)
- Grilled chicken, pasta, and broccoli
- Fried fish with left over black eyed peas
